    My Beauty Product Wishlist.

While I love trying new things, with makeup I quite often get into the habit of knowing what I like and sticking with it for quite a while. As a student I also steer more towards the cheaper/ drugstore price point where I can. However, I do keep a little list of products that I would like to save up for and try at some point soon, so thought I would share some of the products at the top of my list.

    Dissertation Series: Part Two.

Long time no see! Although it has been slightly longer than I wanted since I last checked in about my dissertation – I am pleased to say that it is finally written and submitted (exhausted cheer)! I thought rather than leaving this series unfinished, however, that I would pop back in and reflect on what the dissertation process has been like for me.

    The Magic of Marie Kondo.

Unless you have been living under a rock, it is likely that you have recently heard of Marie Kondo. Her new Netflix series ‘Tidying Up’ has been all over social media, as many people have become inspired by her easy and simple tidying methods. (I wrote this post a little while ago, so I know that the Netflix series has been out for a little while now, but I still wanted to share my thoughts)

    Three Days in Dublin.

Last month I had the opportunity to visit Dublin for a few days, as part of my Irish Literature module at university. I was pretty excited to go, not only because I had never been to Ireland before, but also because I was excited to see all of these places that we had been reading about, in real life!

Review: ‘When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?’ by Billie Eilish.

This past Friday saw the release of Billie Eilish’s long awaited debut album, and I honestly haven’t been this excited for an album since the release of Palo Santo last summer. As I mentioned last week, after how incredible her EP Don’t Smile at Me is, I had super high expectations for this album – and boy I was not disappointed! When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? is honestly like nothing else I have listened to. Every song is so unique and beautiful!

Why I Can’t Stop Listening to Billie Eilish.

Okay, so I may be a little late to the gravy boat – but these past few months I have become obsessed with listening to Billie Eilish. I can’t even explain – literally where have I been all this time?! Ever since I saw a clip of When the Party’s Over online, I have been hooked, and have listened to her music on repeat since then (sorry housemates). I have been actively counting down the days until her debut album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? is released on the 29th March 2019! (Tomorrow! I literally can’t wait)

    Happy Birthday Thginkcm!!

First things first I apologise for the recent silence on here – university work has caught up with me massively, but I promise when these deadlines are out of the way, I will be back to my regular posting schedule on here! I did want to pop in, however, and say a huge thank you for visiting my blog! My first post was published a whole year ago today – and honestly I don’t know where the time has gone??!! Writing that post felt like such a big step, as this was something I had wanted to start for quite a while, but kept shying out of it. Talking about…

How to Spend Valentines Day When You’re Notoriously Single.

With Valentines day approaching us fast, it is hard not to feel a little left out of the festivities if you are not in a relationship. I feel as though in your early 20’s especially, there is a lot of pressure to be in a relationship, and this can be especially amplified in February with the constant reminders of Valentine’s Day. However, rather than just spending the day feeling a little sorry for yourself, I have made a little list of things that you can do to make yourself feel a bit less rubbish when it comes to February the 14th.
